The Marcy Property Group

Established on March 24, 2022, the Marcy Property Group was created in anticipation of acquiring and operating the commercial property at 2654 Valley Avenue, Winchester, Virginia. 

Now owned by Jon and Joanna Marcy, longtime residents of Winchester, Virginia, the Marcy Property Group is now open for business. We are planning some overdue upgrades to the property, to include new signage, as well as a new name for the building. 

We have already invested in bringing in fiber optics into the building and are positioned to provide tenants both reliable business class internet, Wi-Fi and telephone services as part of future lease agreements. We will be expanding existing physical security technology that will consist of surveillance cameras as well as new smart locks throughout the building. 

We are also going to introduce a professional conference room within the building that will be available to be rented out by the hour. We look forward to serving the Winchester business community with this property for the foreseeable future.
